A big & lush style of Pinot, with dark plum & cassis fruit, big tannis & toasty oak. From a site adjacent to Seven Springs Vineyard. Barrel aged for fifteen months in French oak, final blend 20% new oak. Aged in bottle for five months before release. Pairs well with all foods.
